School age is the perfect time for children to learn about healthy food, bodies and activity.
Shrividya students got a chance to learn the significance of healthy food.
The guest lecture was conducted on 9 Sep ,2018 by Dr. Kavita Deshmukh on healthy diet for primary section.

Dr. Started with a very simple thought - how tree is grown similarly human also grows
It was a very thoughtful beiginning taking into consideration the age of children.
She told students what to eat and what not to eat.

She explained how the junk food can harm your health. She even told the importance Tulsi, turmeric, ginger, ghee which are easily available at our home.

She even told children the importance of well-balanced diet and physical activity they should have in a day .
This lecture was really beneficial for all the students as well as teachers.
